“The shower pressure was amazing and there was hot water! Best hotel we've stayed at all week, on our way back home from SD to TX. The room was very clean and the bed comfort was great. At our check-in, there wasn't anyone at the front desk when we arrived, it took about 5-10 mins for someone to show up but she did accommodate my hubbys inquiries as we were filing out the form (extra towels, sheet, toothbrushs/paste) and she was really friendly. “The property is in great condition and I was treated so well by the staff. They took care of me after finding out I was in a horrible hotel and got me into a room as quickly as they could. Breakfast was also nice with protein options. Thank you”

“It was very central of the town. Our first room we got put in had some issues but Tonya got us set up in a different room and it was fabulous! Beds was very comfortable. ”

“Very friendly and attentive staff, from front desk to house keeping. Room was clean and cared for. Even corners in elevator were paid attention to. I travel for a living, if I’m in San Angelo again I will stay here. American staff, and it shows. ”

“We have stayed here two years in a role for our San Angelo . The staff went above and beyond and help me with my needs. There is a IHOP right next to the restaurant but they also offer free breakfast and it was very good and there is a roadhouse steak place right next to it and we’ve eaten there two years in a row and they were very good too, so it’s a very nice facility and I would recommend it to anyone beds or wonderful”

“Couldn’t enjoy the amenities because it was overrun by kids. Even the lobby had some kind of kids party. Our room wasn’t ready at our check in time Otherwise the room was great. ”
