“I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There...

“Pool had rust in it and pretty dirty. Tub was pretty dirty looking but overall we had a good stay. Staff was nice especially the breakfast lady and one of the cleaning guys. Lots of restaurants around the area. Probably wouldn’t book again just bc we went for the indoor pool and seeing the shape it was in. ”

“The property look ran down snd and the rooms have a bad odor and wasn't clean and have roaches and other insects. I checked serval rooms and i just cancel my reservation and left”

“Ordered a non smoking room. Room smelled like it had been smoked in. The front desk clerk sound like she had the flu. The Breakfast was verry limited, no juices, no meats, no eggs, only waffles, oatmeal, apple. oranges, coffee, milk and cereal, The location was good, next to a IHOP and a Texas Roadhouse. Not to far from the mall or ASU.The ice machine was broke. The price was reasonable.”

“1. The photos on the Expedia web site are fake. At least 20 years old. 2. The room was dirty. 3. No hot water. No toilet paper. 4. The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. The A/C unit thermostat was so dirty from cigarette smoke that I had to clean it so I could move the switch from heat to cool. I had to get the proprietor to fix it. 7.
